Our Process for One Time Projects

Step 1: Contact Us

Complete and submit our contact us form with the appropriate information. Tell us details about the work you wish for us to perform. Request a call from our sales staff if you would like. 

Step 2: UPMS Builds the Action Plan

We will conduct an onsite property evaluation, build an action plan to meet your organization's needs then send you our proposal.

Step 3: Review and Accept our Proposal

Once you accept the estimate, we will send your organization an invoice and service agreement. We require a signature for the service agreement and 50% of the total agreed upon price on the invoice to begin our work.

Step 4: We Begin the Work

Once you accept the estimate, you'll receive an email with an invoice (requiring 50% paid upfront to reserve the service) and an agreement requiring your signature (also required to reserve the service). This initial payment secures your long-term services and ensures your service for the month.
